The hotel's location is amazing, very close to Shin Yokohama Station and convenient for those attending a concert, but the rooms felt too small for our liking. The dining options were just okay, and the old-style decoration might not be to everyone's taste.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while a bit small like most in Japan, were comfortable, and we managed to adjust the air conditioning to our liking. The service, particularly the housekeeping, was satisfactory. The location near the Shin-Yokohama station was very convenient, with easy access to transportation options. Unfortunately, the dining options left much to be desired, but overall, it was a decent stay.
